Terms & Conditions

NH PMU Academy
Last Updated: September 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to enrollment in training programs offered by NH PMU Academy (“Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for a course, submitting an enrollment deposit, or making a tuition payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is subject to availability. Class sizes may be limited to maintain the quality of instruction and hands-on training.

A student’s seat is considered reserved once the required enrollment deposit has been successfully received.

2. $500 Enrollment Deposit

A $500 enrollment deposit is required to reserve a seat in a training program.

The $500 deposit is applied toward the total tuition price and is not an additional fee.

Because class capacity is limited and the Academy begins reserving instructional resources and preparing training materials following enrollment, the enrollment deposit is non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Rescheduling and Deposit Credit

If a student is unable to attend the originally scheduled training, the $500 deposit may be transferred as a credit toward a future available training date, subject to Academy scheduling and availability.

The Academy should be notified as soon as reasonably possible if a student needs to reschedule.

The deposit may also be transferred to another eligible participant with prior approval from NH PMU Academy.

Enrollment deposits have no cash value and will not be refunded simply because a student elects not to attend.

4. Tuition and Final Payment

Unless otherwise stated, tuition for each individual specialty is $2,500, with the $500 enrollment deposit credited toward the total tuition.

The remaining tuition balance must be paid no later than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled first day of training.

Students whose balances have not been paid by the deadline may lose their reserved seat or may be moved to a future training date.

5. Payment Plans

Payment plans and third-party financing options may be available.

Availability and approval of third-party financing are determined by the applicable financing provider and are not guaranteed by NH PMU Academy.

Students using a payment plan remain responsible for satisfying all applicable payment obligations.

6. Tuition, Cancellations and Refunds

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, enrollment deposits are non-refundable.

Once a student begins a training program, tuition and other amounts paid for that training are non-refundable.

Failure to attend, late arrival, voluntary withdrawal, or failure to complete the course does not automatically entitle the student to a refund.

Where appropriate and at the Academy’s discretion, a student may be permitted to complete missed training during a future scheduled class, subject to availability.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

7. Course Schedule

Course dates and times will be provided at enrollment.

Typical specialty programs consist of four days of training and may include theory, demonstrations, mapping and design, machine techniques, simulated practice, hands-on exercises, and practical training.

Schedules, instructors, course sequencing, and practical activities may be reasonably modified when necessary due to class size, instructor availability, model availability, safety considerations, or other operational circumstances.

8. Practical and Live-Model Training

Practical training may include work on practice skins, latex or silicone materials, instructor demonstrations, supervised exercises, and live-model experience where appropriate.

Participation in any live-model procedure is subject to instructor approval and applicable health, safety, registration, and regulatory requirements.

The Academy reserves the right to determine whether a student has demonstrated sufficient preparation and safe technique before permitting the student to perform any procedure on a live model.

If a student is not ready or eligible to perform a live-model procedure during the scheduled class, the Academy may require additional practice or arrange the practical component for another available date.

9. Models

NH PMU Academy may arrange models for demonstrations or student practice when appropriate.

Model availability is not guaranteed for a particular individual, procedure, or exact class time unless expressly confirmed by the Academy.

Students may be permitted or requested to provide their own eligible model. All models must satisfy Academy requirements and complete applicable consent, health-history, and release documentation before receiving a procedure.

The Academy reserves the right to decline or replace a model when a procedure would be inappropriate or unsafe.

10. Health, Safety and Regulatory Requirements

Permanent makeup involves procedures that may be regulated as body art under California and local law.

Students participating in live-model procedures may be required to complete applicable Bloodborne Pathogens training, practitioner registration, consent documentation, or other health and safety requirements before performing a procedure. Students are responsible for completing any requirements communicated by the Academy by the applicable deadline. Completion of an NH PMU Academy course does not by itself guarantee that a student has satisfied every license, registration, permit, insurance, business, or regulatory requirement necessary to independently provide permanent makeup services. Students are responsible for determining and complying with requirements applicable to the jurisdiction where they intend to practice.

11. Certificate of Completion

Students who successfully complete the required training may receive a Certificate of Completion.

A Certificate of Completion confirms completion of the Academy’s educational program. It does not constitute a government-issued professional license and does not replace any registration, permit, certification, or other authorization required by law.

12. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward instructors, other students, staff, and models. Unsafe conduct, harassment, disruptive behavior, intoxication, unauthorized recording, or failure to follow instructor safety directions may result in removal from training.

Removal for serious misconduct does not automatically entitle the student to a refund.

13. Training Materials and Intellectual Property

Course manuals, instructional materials, presentations, videos, demonstrations, techniques, photographs, worksheets, and other Academy materials are provided for the enrolled student’s personal educational use.

Unless otherwise authorized in writing, Academy materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, published, uploaded, or used to create or teach another training program.

14. Photography and Recording

Students may not record instructional sessions, demonstrations, other students, instructors, or models without permission.

The Academy may separately request permission to photograph or record students or their work for educational or promotional purposes. Any such use will be subject to applicable consent or release documentation.

15. Educational Results

NH PMU Academy provides professional education and practical training but does not guarantee employment, income, clientele, business success, or any particular financial result following completion of a course.

Individual results depend on skill development, continued practice, compliance with applicable regulations, business practices, market conditions, and other factors.

16. Academy Changes or Cancellation

The Academy may reasonably reschedule or modify a class due to instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, facility issues, emergencies, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

If NH PMU Academy cancels a program and does not provide a reasonable alternative training date, affected students will be offered an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enrollment deposit, paying tuition, or participating in an NH PMU Academy training program, the student acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
